How and when is it recommended to consume ACTIVE BALANCE SALTY CARAMEL FIBERSHAKE?

It can be consumed at any time. We can replace any of our meals with it, even several, but it is most recommended for dinner. It exerts its beneficial effects best in a restful state of night sleep.

Put 27g of drink powder, i.e. roughly 2 level tablespoons, in 2.5-3 dl of herbal drink (e.g. rice or almond drink), water or milk (even mixed).
