How and when is it recommended to consume ACTIVE START RICE COFFEE SHAKE ?

In the case of weight control, it is recommended to replace one meal a day with two meals a day for effective weight reduction. If we eat it instead of just one meal, it should be breakfast to give a dynamic start to the day… or an early dinner (3-4 hours before going to bed) because the night’s sleep exerts its best beneficial effects in a restful state.

Put 27g, i.e. roughly 2 level tablespoons, of the product into 2.5-3 dl of plant-based drink (e.g. rice or almond drink), water or milk (even mixed). To achieve the optimal consistency, shake for 15-30 seconds in a hand shaker or simply blend in a machine!

The density can be controlled by the amount of liquid. So you can either spoon it or drink it.

The product mixes easily and can be consumed immediately.

USEFUL TIP: You can add fresh or frozen fruit to give it an even more characterful, fuller, fresher taste! By adding a few drops of tigernut oil, it can be made even creamier and softer!
